This level also features a WC. In the 1st floor there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom which comes with a washing machine. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (2 single beds in each) offer a unique view of the Trani Ammouda bay and the evergreen garden of the resort. Ammouda Villas will capture your heart from the first sight, with their large balconies and the spacious furnished verandas where you can relax with your family and enjoy the view and the sea breeze.
Their architectural style follows clear-cut lines and is also applied in the interior design, which is well-balanced between the classic and the modern luxury, full of earthly colors and an interesting decorative touch.
Each of the 5 villas features its own personality, but they all offer the same infrastructures and amenities: on the ground level, there is a single spacious living room, featuring the dinning table and the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also comes with a dishwasher. This level also features a WC. In the 1st floor there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom which comes with a washing machine. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (2 single beds in each) offer a unique view of the Trani Ammouda bay and the evergreen garden of the resort. All villas feature air-condition units, ceiling fans in all rooms and the terrace on the ground floor, flat-screen TV, dvd player, HiFi systems, hair dryer, ventilators, while guests get free wi-fi and free parking for 2 cars per villa.
In all our villas you shall find personal care packaging in every bathroom while in every kitchen, Greek traditional products & fruits are provided. Our villas include a safe and an iron is provided upon request.
Our business, guided by our environmental awareness, strives to conserve energy and protect the environment in every way possible so we change bed linen and towels every three days unless you require otherwise. The shower curtains are replaced each time a new guest enters the accommodation. Also, we provide a beach towel free of charge for the entire duration of the client’s stay.
But the list of amenities offered in Ammouda Villas does not end here. Each villa can boost its guest capacity by 2 persons (6+2). Next to the main entrance of each villa there is a guest room available, a small studio which features its own separate entrance, a double bed and bathroom, and all the amenities such as: flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan, refrigerator and equipment for coffee. The Guest room is available with an extra charge.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villas.
Payment policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation, unless free cancellation period is no longer available, so the whole amount is required.
The remaining 50% must be settled on the expiration date of the free cancellation period, which is 21 days prior to the arrival date.
In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before 8:00 AM (local property time) on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
In the event of cancellation 21 days or more prior arrival, there is a full refund.
In the event of cancellation in less than 21 days prior arrival, all payment is lost.
Cancellations due to officially written and approved by hospital or health center affection by Covid-19 3 days prior arrival, can be redeemed 100% as a voucher, which can be used up to 18 months after the day of cancellation.
Early departures and No-shows are fully charged.

We are a pet friendly complex for up to 2 dogs or 2 cats. Up to 5 Kgs for the Double Rooms or up to 35 kgs for the Sea View Villas and the Ground Floor Villa, with full responsibility of the owners and always with a leash outdoors and an extra cost of €20,00/night or €30,00/night/2 pets, providing you lots of pet amenities, such as a yummy treat at the check in, two bowls for food and water, a pet toy, a pet mat and waste disposal bags. Furthermore, Pet Grooming Salon can be reserved during your stay.
The compex reserves the right to charge the guests for any damages that may occur by the pets.
Other Policies
Due to the small number of our lodgings, Ammouda Villas Reserves the right to exchange any lodging with one of the same type.
Reception working hours are 08:00 am – 16:30 pm except Sundays
Check-in time is 16:00 pm – 22:00 pm at the most
